You never stop learning at HAMBORNER REIT AG. How has the company helped you to continue your development?

HAMBORNER has always encouraged me to take more responsibility. That’s given me a greater sense of what’s possible and given my self-confidence a boost. And I’ve always been offered support with ongoing training. I’ve just finished training as a business administrator and received HAMBORNER’s support as well.

What do you like best about your work?

One of the things I enjoy is working well within a team. Our short communication channels are important to me too. That helps me out in my work in particular because being able to sort things out quickly is a big plus for workflows. And options like flexitime allow me to be flexible and balance my work with my private life.

What do you feel are the biggest challenges that the company will have to face in the coming years?

I’ll have been at HAMBORNER for seven years in August, and quite a lot has happened over that time. HAMBORNER keeps on growing and growing, and we’ve taken on a lot of new properties as well over the past few years. We recently adjusted our corporate strategy, and obviously that means new jobs and responsibilities as well. For the time being, the effects of the Covid pandemic will remain something that we have to deal with. But as we handled the situation well so far, I don’t foresee serious problems.

How would you describe HAMBORNER REIT AG in three words?

I would say: professional, goal-oriented, but also very friendly in how we are with each other.

What can’t you do without in life?

My family and my pets. They put a smile on my face every day. I wouldn’t want to have to make do without them.
