What did you expect from HAMBORNER REIT AG as an employer?

I wanted to take on more responsibility and HAMBORNER allowed me to do that. I have a nice work atmosphere here with friendly, interesting co-workers. I’m a big fan of the flexible work hours as well.

You’ve only been with the company since the start of 2021. Starting during the pandemic had to be tough …

I’ve initially been working from home, but it’s all worked out smoothly nonetheless. The induction went very well and I have people who I can ask at any time if I have any questions. Even though it’s been a difficult time, I have to say that my expectations have nevertheless been met. I’m really very satisfied.

What was your most interesting work experience in the past week?

Every day is different, and you never know what it will bring. The work is very interesting and I can honestly say that I never get bored. I learn something new every day. The most interesting for me so far was when we had an in-person meeting at a newly acquired property. That was the first time that I met my head of department, then we spent the whole day viewing the property and conducting our survey.
