Lüneburg

The Hanseatic city of Lüneburg is a large mid-sized city in the northeast of Lower Saxony, approximately 50 km to the southeast of Hamburg, with a population of around 74,000. The property is located in a business area around 1 km from the city centre. It has excellent traffic connections. The neighbourhood is defined by a wide variety of chain stores covering day-to-day needs. Kaufland is the main tenant and, with the other sub-tenants, sells food and non-food items on an area of around 4,600 qm. The store was completely refurbished and adapted to the new concept in 2015.
