Our properties are an integral part of the infrastructure of cities and communities. In this respect, we also see our contribution to the development of cityscapes as a social responsibility. As part of modernisation and refurbishment measures, we always ensure that the respective city centre and conservation statutes are taken into account, for example to guarantee the protection of historic facades. This usually ensures the preservation of a uniform cityscape and the appropriate integration of our properties into their surroundings. In addition, by letting our commercial properties, we also contribute to securing local supply at our property locations.
