Münster

The tradition-steeped university city in Münster is considered one of the cities with the highest quality of life in Germany. Around 279,000 residents and approximately 43,000 students live in the bicycle city with historic flair. Our “Deilmann-Haus” property is located approximately 2 km to the northwest of the city centre, directly bordering the Münster University of Applied Sciences and the university’s Leonardo campus. The relatively new and still growing “Technologiepark” business park is a particularly attractive location for technology companies and start-ups. The proximity to the university of applied sciences and the university and the good connection to the A1 are persuasive advantages of the location that keep demand for office space at a constantly high level.
