We are strong as a team! This is also evident outside of our day-to-day work. On regular company outings, we combine fun with social activities and get to know each other from completely different angles. We spent our last "Social Day" at the "Bauspielplatz Horst", a meeting place for children and young people in Gelsenkirchen. The whole day was spent painting, building, demolishing and tidying up with great enthusiasm and lots of fun! Some of our colleagues were even spotted doing a "private safety check" on the trampoline... We can only say: an exemplary team effort for a really great project! Yes, it took some sweat, but it was also a lot of fun...see for yourself!
We take responsibility as a company. Not just for our employees, but for our environment as well. We therefore support Bergwaldprojekt Association, which works to preserve and maintain woodlands, cultural landscapes and moors while also promoting an understanding of interdependencies in nature. For every new employee, Bergwaldprojekt plants a native tree in the Sauerland region of North Rhine-Westphalia on our behalf.
