We are strong as a team! This is also evident outside of our day-to-day work. On regular company outings, we combine fun with social activities and get to know each other from completely different angles. As part of our last Social Day, our team spruced up the two-hectare outdoor area of the Robinson Adventure Farm, a youth centre run by the city of Duisburg. Together, we painted the animal shelters and play equipment and made them weatherproof, built mud kitchens, erected wooden benches, embellished flower beds and much more. Just in time for the 50th anniversary in September 2024, the farm shone in new splendour - and we had a lot of fun doing something good - see for yourself!
We take responsibility as a company. Not just for our employees, but for our environment as well. We therefore support Bergwaldprojekt Association, which works to preserve and maintain woodlands, cultural landscapes and moors while also promoting an understanding of interdependencies in nature. For every new employee, Bergwaldprojekt plants a native tree in the Sauerland region of North Rhine-Westphalia on our behalf.
