Performance Shares

Performance shares are (virtual) shares granted to the Management Board as long-term variable remuneration, the number of which is calculated on the basis of defined performance targets after the end of the performance period.

Each year, in accordance with section 162 AktG, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of HAMBORNER REIT AG prepare a detailed report on the remuneration granted and owed to each individual present or former member of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board in the past financial year. The report also contains detailed information on the remuneration systems currently in use for the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.
