Market segment of Deutsche Börse AG for stock corporations that satisfy particularly high international transparency standards.

Transparency requirements in the Prime Standard

Inclusion in the Prime Standard requires compliance with the following transparency standards:

  • Financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS or US GAAP)
  • Publication of quarterly reports, also in English
  • Up-to-date corporate calendar
  • Performance of at least one analysts’ conference per year
  • Publication of ad hoc disclosures, also in English

Inclusion in the Prime Standard is a prerequisite for inclusion in one of Deutsche Börse’s selection indices (DAX®, MDAX®, SDAX®, TecDAX®).
