This refers to all (relevant) interest groups of a company, i.e. all persons, groups or institutions, that are directly or indirectly affected by a company’s activities.

Cooperation with external stakeholders is key to a company’s success. This is why we have developed a systematic stakeholder engagement programme to intensify our interaction with the relevant stakeholders. Through various forms of dialogue, we put issues and, in particular, sustainability issues relevant to business on the agenda and giving our stakeholders the chance to address their own issues, from which strategic and organisational measures may then be derived.
