HAMBORNER REIT AG extends leases with anchor tenants in Lübeck's Haerder Center

Duisburg, 3 August 2017 - HAMBORNER REIT AG has extended the leases with the anchor tenants NEW YORKER and REWE at the Haerder Center in Lübeck, and has also let previously vacant space to the fitness studio operator EASYFITNESS for a term of 10 years.

The contract with the NEW YORKER fashion store was already extended until the end of 2023 in February of this year. The retail area of approximately 1,400 square meters has already been renovated in line with NEW YORKER's latest shop concept. Last month the supermarket chain REWE also renewed its commitment to the Haerder Center location and extended its lease by 15 years.
