HAMBORNER REIT AG enters EPRA index

Duisburg, 09 March 2012 - The shares of HAMBORNER REIT AG will be included in the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT as at 19 March 2012, as the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) announced yesterday. The EPREA is an organisation based in Brussels that represents the interests of the major European property companies to the public and supports the development and market presence of the European property corporations. The most important property companies in Europe are represented in its FTSE EPRA/NAREIT index. 'We are delighted to have succeeded in this extremely important step following our inclusion in the S-DAX in 2011. Becoming a part of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT family is a move that will prompt many international investors to consider an investment in HAMBORNER,' said Managing Board member Hans Richard Schmitz.

HAMBORNER REIT AG has undergone strong growth in recent years. Since 2006, it has virtually tripled the volume of its portfolio while maintaining consistently good business figures. The Management Board will present the final figures for the 2011 financial year and an outlook for the current year of 2012 on 29 March 2012 at its annual accounts press conference in Frankfurt/Main.
