The supervisory board and executive board of HAMBORNER REIT AG express their deepest condolences to the bereaved. Dr. Rüdiger Mrotzek has been a member of the Management Board of HAMBORNER REIT AG since March 2007 and was most recently responsible for the fields of Finance and Accounting, Controlling, Taxes, Portfolio Management, Transaction Management, Human Ressources, IT, Risk Management and Risk Controlling, as well as Holdings. The other member of the Management Board, Hans Richard Schmitz, will take over Dr. Mrotzek's fields of responsibility for an interim time period. As of March 1, 2020, Niclas Karoff will join the management board of HAMBORNER REIT AG as CEO, as communicated by HAMBORNER REIT AG on January 23, 2020.
