HAMBORNER REIT AG renews leases with core tenants in Bremen and Münster

Duisburg, 23 October 2017 - HAMBORNER REIT AG has renewed leases with the core tenants of its office properties in Bremen and Münster.

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG has made a long-term commitment to Bremen as an office location and extended its contract by a further five years until 31 December 2022. Telefónica operates a state-of-the-art call centre at the property at Linzer Strasse 9, which offers office space of around 3,800 m². The property in Bremen has been owned by HAMBORNER since 2008.

HAMBORNER can also report success in the long-term rental of its office property in Münster (Martin-Luther-King-Weg 24). The IT service company con terra GmbH (a provider of intelligent, integrated GIS solutions) has renewed its existing lease and also increased its rental space from previously around 1,900 m² to more than 3,300 m². The new lease contract runs until 30 June 2024. The office property in Münster was acquired by HAMBORNER in 2009 and is still fully let.
