The “NuOffice” has achieved LEED’s highest honours – platinum certification. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) sustainability label run by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) is the world-leader in its field. It defines standards for environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and resource-efficient buildings. There are four quality levels for the award for highly sustainable properties: “certified”, “silver”, “gold” and “platinum”. With 94 points, “NuOffice” not just surpassed the level of 80 points needed for “Platinum”, it also achieved the highest score under the LEED system variant for investor projects (core & shell) that had ever been awarded in the world at that time.
