Niclas Karoff has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HAMBORNER REIT AG since 1 March 2020. He is responsible for Capital Markets, Financing & Sustainability, Legal, Corporate Accounting, Controlling & Tax, Human Resources as well as Executive Office.

He was previously a long serving member of the Management Board and Managing Director of TLG IMMOBILIEN and held various management and executive positions at the HSH Nordbank Group and BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. Niclas Karoff studied at the Berlin School of Economics and the European Business School and holds degrees as a Diplom Kaufmann (FH) and a Real Estate Economist (ebs).
