Meppen

Meppen is located in the west of the state of Lower Saxony and is also the Emsland district capital with its approximately 35,000 residents. The property is located at “Am Neuen Markt”, very close to the main road “An der Bleiche”, and within walking distance of the pedestrianised zone and the historic Rathausplatz. The neighbourhood is defined by residential and commercial use. Kaufland is the main tenant and, with the other sub-tenants, sells food and non-food items on an area of around 10,000 qm. The excellent infrastructure draws large numbers of residents and visitors to the city.
